Since the role of vitamins as essential substances for the human body was discovered about a century ago, our knowledge about their mode of function has increased enormously. At present, vitamines are the subject of intensive research and each year a vast array of new studies comes along whose results are often the source of controversial public discussion.

Who we are

The GVF should be regarded as a forum which provides researchers, physicians and economic agents information about ongoing research. In this context it can be said that we mediate between universities and industry.
