Reference Values

In 2000, the German Society of Nutrition (DGE), the Austrian Society of Nutrition (ÖGE), the Swiss Society of Nutrition Research (SGE) and the Swiss Association of Nutrition (SVE) developed common nutrient recommendations for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The item “DACH reference values” arises from the initial letters of the common country identification.

In this part of our web site we present the reference values for vitamins. Please note that the complete data is not shown in completion. The reference values were published 2000 in „Die Referenzwerte für die Nährstoffzufuhr", 1. Auflage, Umschau Braus GmbH., 2000; ISBN 3-8295-7114-3.
